1. About this website

Moease Design is the creative studio represented by this website. These terms describe permitted use of its pages, Journal, portfolio previews and inquiry form. Please use the site respectfully and consistently with these conditions.

Moease Design is a live creative studio website. Project services, pricing, delivery commitments and ownership of commissioned work are established in a separate written agreement, not by browsing the website or submitting an inquiry.

2. Permitted use

You may browse the site, view images, listen to or watch available samples, and use its content to evaluate the studio’s work. You may share links to public pages. Ordinary browser caching, accessibility tools and uses permitted by law are not prohibited by these terms.

Do not attempt to bypass security, obtain private inquiry records, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or malicious material, or interfere with the site’s normal operation.

3. Creative work and intellectual property

Where copyright or other rights apply, original writing, design, photography, music, recordings, video, branding and other creative materials remain the property of Moease Design, their creators or the relevant rights holders. Client names, trademarks and third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.

Displaying work in a portfolio does not transfer ownership or grant a general reuse license. Some visuals are illustrative concepts, temporary samples or AI-assisted artwork; their labels and any applicable rights or licenses should be read in context. These terms do not claim exclusive rights in unprotectable ideas, public-domain material or content in which the studio has no rights.

Except where applicable law or a separate license permits the use, obtain permission from the relevant rights holder before reproducing, redistributing, adapting, selling or using protected work in commercial promotion. This includes copying website designs, reusing photographs or artwork, and sampling, remixing or synchronizing music and video. Crediting a creator alone does not establish permission.

4. Portfolio and illustrative material

The portfolio includes live website examples and labeled sample galleries or concept visuals. Concepts illustrate creative direction and should not be treated as proof of a client commission, completed campaign, endorsement or particular commercial result.

Project examples and creative articles provide context and inspiration. They do not guarantee similar results, search rankings, audience growth or sales for another project.

5. Project inquiries

Please submit accurate contact information and share only material you are entitled to provide. The studio may review the information to understand and respond to your inquiry, as described in the Privacy Policy.

An inquiry does not create a paid engagement, a delivery promise or a transfer of intellectual-property rights. A separate agreement should define the scope, fees, schedule, approvals and rights for commissioned work. The website inquiry form is not a confidential file-transfer service.

6. External websites

Links to portfolio websites and other services are offered for reference and convenience. The studio does not control the content, availability, accessibility, security or terms of those external sites. A link does not by itself imply endorsement or responsibility for their services.

7. General information and availability

Website content reflects creative perspectives and information available when it is prepared. While the studio aims to present useful and accurate material, pages may contain errors or become outdated, and the site may be changed or temporarily unavailable.

Evaluate information in the context of your own project. Any specific professional service commitments are governed by the separate agreement for that work.

8. Limitations and preserved rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Moease Design does not accept liability for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this informational website or reliance on its general content.

This provision does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, remove mandatory consumer protections, or override rights and remedies provided by a separate project agreement.
