1. About this policy
Moease Design respects the personal information you choose to share. This policy explains how this website handles project inquiries and the technical information used to operate the site.
This policy describes the live Moease Design website. Business contact information and operational practices are reviewed and updated as needed.
2. Information you provide
The inquiry form collects your name, email address, selected creative service, project message and agreement to use those details to respond. You may also choose to provide a project budget range and ideal timeline. Your message may include any additional information you voluntarily share.
Please share only what is needed to discuss your project. Do not include passwords, payment details, identity documents, health information or personal details about children.
The hosting server may record technical request details, including connection address, request time, requested path and response status. These operational records are separate from the inquiry inbox.
3. How information is used
Inquiry details help the studio understand your project, review the service requested and plan an appropriate response. Form validation, a hidden spam-detection field and a temporary rate limit help protect the form against misuse.
Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for marketing. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorize marketing. Inquiries are stored privately in WordPress, and an email notification is sent to the studio for follow-up.
4. Storage, access and security
Inquiries are stored as private records in this installation’s WordPress database. They are available to authorized WordPress accounts with the permissions needed to manage them; they are not displayed publicly as pages or posts.
The form uses a request-verification token, validates and sanitizes submitted fields, requires permission to respond, and limits repeated successful submissions. These measures reduce particular risks; no website or storage system can guarantee complete security.
The live website uses HTTPS. Authorized administrators manage access to inquiry records, and website backups may retain copies of information for recovery purposes.
5. Cookies and temporary form records
The inquiry workflow uses a necessary, short-lived cookie named md_inquiry_feedback. It contains a random token, not the text of your inquiry, and lets the form show submission feedback or restore entries after an error. It is limited to the Contact page, marked HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, and valid for up to ten minutes. It is cleared when the associated feedback is read.
The associated feedback record can temporarily contain submitted form values and validation messages. It expires after ten minutes or is removed when read. A separate rate-limit record uses a SHA-256 hash of the connection address and email address and is valid for one minute. Expired records become unavailable to the form; database cleanup may occur later.
WordPress can use additional cookies when an authorized user visits the login screen or signs in to administer the site. Those administration cookies are distinct from visitor marketing or analytics. Browsers may also cache site files or store feature-support information for normal site operation.
The website uses Google Analytics to understand site usage. Analytics technology may collect usage information or use browser storage, subject to applicable settings and consent requirements. Browser cookie controls are available, but blocking the form-feedback cookie may prevent feedback and recovery of entries from working as intended.
6. External links and services
The visitor-facing images, scripts and current sample video are served from this WordPress installation. Google Analytics is configured for website measurement, and the site’s email-delivery service processes contact notifications. Other third-party services may be used where described on the site. WordPress includes routine background software-update checks.
Portfolio websites and social sharing links can take you to external services. If you open those links, those services apply their own privacy policies and may receive ordinary connection or referral information. The studio does not control their data practices.
No sale of inquiry information or sharing of it for targeted advertising is configured. Any future hosting, email delivery, analytics, embedded media or other provider that handles visitor information must be assessed and disclosed before it is enabled.
7. How long information is kept
Contact-form inquiries are retained in the private WordPress inquiry inbox until an authorized studio administrator manually deletes them. No automatic inquiry-deletion schedule is used.
Temporary form records use the time limits described above. Technical logs and any backup copies need separate retention and deletion rules; deleting an inquiry from the active inbox does not establish when all backup copies will disappear.
The studio reviews and manually deletes inquiry records as needed. Server logs and backup copies may follow different retention schedules, and removing an inquiry from the live inbox does not immediately remove every backup copy.
8. Privacy questions and requests
You may ask what inquiry information the studio holds about you, request a copy or correction, ask for deletion, or withdraw permission for further contact. The rights and exceptions that apply depend on your circumstances and applicable law; this policy does not promise that every request can be fulfilled without qualification.
Use the Contact form and begin your message with “Privacy request.” Include the email address used for the inquiry and describe your request. The studio may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records. Do not send identity documents through the form unless a suitable verification process has been agreed.
Privacy requests submitted through the contact form are saved in the private inquiry inbox and may generate an email notification. Privacy requests are reviewed through the contact form. Response timing and any additional rights depend on applicable law.
9. Contact details and policy updates
Moease Design is the studio represented by this website. For current questions, use the Contact form. For privacy inquiries, use the website’s contact form and begin your message with “Privacy request.”
This policy will be reviewed when the site’s data practices change. The “Last updated” date identifies the latest version. Material changes to how submitted information is used should be communicated appropriately before the new practice begins.
10. Ongoing privacy review
- Confirm the responsible business identity, public contact address and privacy email.
- Approve inquiry, log and backup retention periods and implement the corresponding procedures.
- Configure HTTPS, production hosting safeguards and authorized access.
- Confirm all providers, data flows and any international processing arrangements.
- Set up a monitored privacy-request channel and review the policy against the laws applicable to the business and its visitors.
